This naturally processed coffee comes from Keffa Coffee, who work closely with farms in the Sidama region to ensure quality processing of their coffees. This year, the smallholder farmers saw a particularly bountiful harvest due to the ample rainfall during the growing season.
What makes this coffee truly special is the clarity and complexity in its flavor profile as a naturally processed coffee. This cup is a fruit bomb with notes of strawberry, peach, and black tea.
