Never Received

I never received this item or any of the other items that I ordered along with this item. I placed the order well over two weeks ago. I did receive a tracking number from FedEx but according to them they never received a package for me. I have been doing my best to be patient but I now feel like I am being strung along. I have not gotten a clear answer as to what happened to my order despite sending emails. I finally tried calling earlier today and was told by the person who answered the phone that they would contact their manager. I have not received a call back from anyone. I am very concerned and disappointed.
