This rich, deep green balm contains a bounty of herbs to soothe aches and pains. Scented with warming and stimulating essential oils and intended for topical use on bumps, bruises, sore muscles, & stiff joints, this balm smells great and can be used regularly: we recommend using it 2-4 times daily. Ingredients: Comfrey, Arnica, Calendula, Chickweed, Mugwort, Nettle, Yarrow, St. John’s Wort, Castor Oil, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Beeswax, Essential Oils, Rosemary Extract.
